There are 2 version available: Orchestral Arrangement / Reduction for 8/9 players and Orchestral Arrangement / Reduction for 12-17 players

Version 1 – 8/9 Players

Instrumentation – arranged with single strings in mind

The Bells only appear in 3 numbers and can easily be played by the conductor

Version 2 – minimum 12 players – ideally 17

Strings ideal minimum – 3 x 1st Vln, 2 x 2nd Vln, 2 x Vla, 1 x Cello, 1 x Bass, but will works fine single strings.

* 2nd Horn is optional – it is cued throughout in the other parts
** Timpani can be omitted
*** Viola part has some divisi – Desirable but not essential
